The Records Search with Risk Assessment (RSRA) will be performed in overall accordance with the Small Business Administration’s standard Practice (SOP 50-10 7.1).
The Scope of Work will include of the following activities:
- A limited review of historical records, such as construction plans, topographic maps, fire insurance maps, aerial photographs, and city directories, to identify potential impacts to the site from historical on-site and off-site operations.
- A review of a current environmental database search report (including federal, state, municipal, and county database listings), supplemented by agency interviews and record reviews where appropriate.
- A desktop analysis of the above information by an Environmental Professional to determine the environmental risk level as ‘High Risk’ or ‘Low Risk.’

Below is the associated turnaround time and price for this project. Additional fees do not apply unless otherwise agreed upon between A3E and the client.

Client is responsible for understanding the entirety of this proposal including all incorporated and referenced documents as well as the applicable industry standards to which the work is performed. By clicking the checkbox on the payment screen, the Client confirms that they have read and accepted A3E’s Standard Terms & Conditions.
Additionally, because of the fast turnaround on this project, the Client acknowledges that in the event the project is canceled for whatever reason, A3E will issue a refund minus time and materials already incurred by A3E. (e.g. “from time of acceptance to time of cancellation”).
