Olson Ecological Solutions Has Joined A3 Environmental
Olson Ecological Solutions (OES) joined A3 Environmental Consultants on July 1, 2025. Every OES ecologist, wetland delineator, and restoration technician came with it — the same team and the same expertise, now part of A3E’s full-service environmental consulting practice. If you worked with OES for wetland delineations, stream and wetland mitigation, watershed planning, or habitat restoration, you’ll find all of it here, alongside A3E’s Phase I/II ESA, remediation, and due-diligence services.
What this means for OES clients
- No disruption. The people you worked with are still your team.
- Expanded capability. Ecology work is now backed by A3E’s environmental due-diligence, remediation, and compliance services under one roof.
- We grew the crew, not shrank it. OES’s full-time staff joined A3E, and we expanded the seasonal restoration crew to 23 seasonal technicians this year — more capacity for delineations, monitoring, and restoration work.
