SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description
A3 Environmental Consultants, LLC (“A3 Environmental”) sends and receives SMS messages with clients and prospects in connection with environmental consulting projects. By opting in to this program you agree to receive SMS messages from A3 Environmental about your project, including the proposal, scheduling, site visits, meeting confirmations, project status updates, and responses to questions you send us by SMS.
2. How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from A3 Environmental in any of the following ways:
- Verbal consent on an inbound call. When you call A3 Environmental to inquire about services, our staff will ask if it is OK to text you about your project and read a short consent script. Your verbal consent is logged with the date, time, your name, your phone number, and the staff member who took it.
- Stripe checkout checkbox. When you pay an invoice through our Stripe checkout, a required Terms acceptance checkbox reaffirms your consent to receive SMS messages about your project. The checkbox links to these Terms.
- SMS reply confirmation. If asked, you may confirm consent by replying YES to a confirmation message from us.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Content
Messages from A3 Environmental relate to environmental consulting services we are performing or have been asked to perform for you. Examples include proposal delivery, scheduling, site visit confirmations, meeting reminders, project status updates, and responses to client questions.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by project activity.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
6. Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages from A3 Environmental at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also call (630) 507-9002 or email info@a3e.com to opt out. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from us.

8. Data Use
A3 Environmental uses your phone number and message content solely to send and receive SMS messages about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties. We share your phone number only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering and receiving messages on our behalf. 9. Supported Carriers
Service is available on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
