In life, we spend too much time thinking about what we are going to do and not enough thinking about WHY we are going to do it.
A3 Environmental Consultants is growing and we have a real danger of losing what makes us special. I’d like to lay down a common thread and outline a business philosophy which can be edited and maintained to reflect what we are trying to accomplish and how we plan to stay true to the principles we had when Alisa first quit her corporate job in the city.
In addition, we are promoting our talented staff to be the lead-singers of the band metaphorically speaking. I’d like them to add to our chorus but to know our style and background so we sound as good as we can.
