It may come as a surprise, but you are listed on the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s (IEPA) Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) database as the responsible party for a tank that leaked. You received a letter from the IEPA or maybe from A3 Environmental Consultants and now you’d like to know what’s going on and what you need to do about it.

Click through the link above. It will open in another browser window. You will find several ways to filter for your property. The easiest way is to put in the LPC Number or the IEMA Number if you know it. If A3 Environmental Consultants sent you a letter about this, both numbers will be on the letter you received.
The second easiest way to find your property is to start with the county, zip code and city and then scroll through the sites until you find yours.

Now click on the IEMA Number which will open your record. Inside it, you’ll find the lower right tab with “Responsible Party” listed and your contact information.
