request dated March 13, 2023 and received by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
(Illinois EPA) on March 13, 2023.
Your request sought “every bid put out by the IEPA where the criteria for bidding was prequalification in:
Special Services: Hazardous Waste Simple using Qualifications Based Selection (QBS).” You indicated that
you are seeking any responsive documents in the past 10 years but would be willing to accept the last 5
years.
The Illinois EPA is unable to conduct a search prior to 2015. For 2015 through present, the Illinois EPA has
no records responsive to your request.
