to me, Noah

Tim,

We have evaluated this RFQ for the IEPA LUST work. This solicitation has no BEP requirement, and we believe we have full capacity to handle the workload. As a result, we are going to submit on this solo. Appreciate your interest in this RFQ. I know there will be other opportunities in the future, and we will keep A3E in mind. I know you have submitted with us (Noah) on an IDOT Haz Waste PTB and we are optimistic on finally receiving an award getting to know you and the A3E team under an IDOT contract.

Sincerely,

JOEL P. ZIRKLE, PG I Principal
